iHM/Harrisonburg Names Bridgett Knupp Market President

iHeartMedia/Harrisonburg, VA, names Bridgett Knupp as Market President, effective immediately. She moves into the market president role in Harrisonburg after serving as the Senior Vice President of Sales for the operations since 2011. Knupp began her career with the company as an account executive in 2001. She is a graduate of Emory and Henry College and is currently working toward her MBA at James Madison University.

"I am excited to have Bridgett begin her new role as the leader of our Harrisonburg and Staunton group of station brands," said iHeartMedia Virginia Community Markets Area President Chuck Peterson. "She is already known and respected in the local business community through her previous roles with iHeartMedia Harrisonburg. "She has a proven track record of sales leadership and is outstanding in the area of digital advertising.

"I am very proud of the work we have accomplished in the Harrisonburg and Staunton markets," added Knupp. "We have iconic brands in this market with KCY Country and 98 ROCK and are looking forward to continued success in helping our community and advertisers.
