WHQG/Milwaukee PD Borna Velic Adds WKLH PD Duties

Saga's Rock WHQG-FM (102.9 The Hog)/Milwaukee Program Director Borna Velic adds programming duties for co-owned Classic Rock WKLH-FM and will now oversee both stations, effective immediately. Borna has spent his entie career in the Midwest working in rock radio, leaving WAPL-FM, WZOR-FM and WCHK-FM/Appleton, WI, as Music Director in 2013 to join The Hog.

In addition, WHQG midday personality Mindy Novotny is been promoted to Music Director and Programming Assistant, while WNRG-FM MD/midday host Mandy Scott is elevated to WKLH Programming Assistant, retaining her current responsibilities, as well as WHQG afternoon co-host.

Milwaukee Radio Group VP/General Manager Bob Bellini said, "First, I want to thank the many candidates who interviewed with us from near and far.
