Cumulus Media flips Sports/Talk KTLT-FM (The Ticket)/Abilene, TX to Rock as "98.1 The Phantom." The new station debuted on Friday, January 15, and fittingly, kicked off at midnight with Metallica's cover of Bob Seger's "Turn the Page." KTLT-FM's new name, "The Phantom," is a tribute to local landmark Fort Phantom Hill Lake.
