KFI-AM/Los Angeles night host (6-10pm) Tim Conway Jr. makes a cameo appearance in Paul Thomas Anderson's new movie "Licorice Pizza." Conway's scene as a casting director is alongside the very funny and talented Maya Rudolph. Also, look for him as the emcee in the pageant scene.

Alana Haim of the rock group Haim stars along with Cooper Hoffman (the son of Philip Seymour Hoffman) and Bradley Cooper, Sean Penn and, of course, Tim Conway Jr. The movie got a limited release on November 26, with a nationwide release scheduled for December 25.

According to Conway, "I was glad to be between movie roles [ed. note: his last movie was in 1989] so Paul Thomas Anderson and I could finally work together."
