WKTU (103.5 KTU)/New York has announced that air personalities Lulu y Lala are taking their talents to the road on CBS-TV's "The Amazing Race." Premiering January 5, 2022, listeners and fans can watch the duo embark on a trek around the world, competing in a series of challenges, both mental and physical. Phil Keoghan hosts "The Amazing Race" and like past seasons, the first group to arrive at the final destination will win "The Amazing Race" and the $1 million prize.

The 33rd season will kick off with a special two-hour premiere, Wednesday, January 5, 2022, from 8-10pm ET, then moves back to its regular time on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, and will broadcast from 9-10pm ET on CBS. "The Amazing Race" is available to stream live and on-demand on Paramount+.

"I am beyond excited to be part of Season 33 of 'The Amazing Race,'" said Lala. "I promise you will see a whole new side of Lulu & Lala! It's a special season for sure."

"She's right! With Lala's lack of sense of direction and my OCD on wanting to control everything, this season is one you don't want to miss," said Lulu. "We hope we make our family and listeners proud."
