WGH/Norfolk Ups Jimmy Ray Dunn to Program Director

WGH-FM (97.3 The Eagle)/Norfolk-Virginia Beach elevates long time Eagle morning host and now afternoon personality Jimmy Ray Dunn to Program Director of the Max Media Country outlet. His previous 20-year run with WGH-FM ended in 2015 and he rejoined earlier this month. In addition, midday talent Karen West adds Assistant Program Director to her role as well her duties as Music Director. Both will continue to host their afternoon and midday shows, respectively.

Dunn remarked, "I am excited to use my 3 decades of experience with the Eagle to give it back to the people, the listeners who have always been the life blood of the station."

West commented, "My passion for this station and our listeners grows everyday and I am extremely excited to continue to provide Hampton Roads with the best in country music."
