iHeartMedia and FOX Sports Radio (FSR) launch an iHeartRadio original podcast, "Unbreakable with Jay Glazer: A Mental Health Podcast." The new program, which is an extension of his best-selling book "Unbreakable," FOX NFL Insider Jay Glazer shares his personal mental health journey and welcomes special guests that will discuss tips for maintaining an unbreakable mindset and overcoming any obstacle to succeed despite living in the gray.
Debuting Wednesday, September 7, the podcast will launch with an interview with Super Bowl Champion Head Coach Sean McVay, ahead of the Los Angeles Rams season opener against the Buffalo Bills on September 8. Future episodes will feature interviews on Wednesdays, in addition to frequent check-ins where Glazer will update listeners as he navigates the path to mental wellness.
"For years, I've lived 'the gray' -- my everyday battle with depression, anxiety and ADHD," said Glazer. "We all talk about mental health, but who describes it? My goal with this podcast is to have that conversation together and give mental health ‘words.' Come take a journey with me as we try to lift ourselves up together, walk the walk, through the gray, and go hunt the blue together."
