The official beginning of the 2023 tax season is here, and Bloomberg Radio is ready. As many Americans continue to work from home while others return to the office, this year's taxes require special attention. Bloomberg Radio is meeting listeners' needs with a special series of daily tax tips designed to air in the 10 weeks leading up to mid-April, at the height of when listeners are preparing their personal income tax filings for 2022.

Key Networks, a next generation syndication company serving the radio industry, is distributing the daily feature. Bloomberg Tax Tips, consist of 30-second audio reports, airing Monday through Friday, February 6 through April 18.

Hosted by Bloomberg tax reporter Laura Davison, Bloomberg Tax Tips provide affiliate stations with highly desirable sponsorship opportunities and are available exclusively to affiliates of Bloomberg Radio, the world's only global 24-hour business radio network.

Among the topics covered in Bloomberg Tax Tips for 2023 are:

  • If you have been working from home in a different state than where your employer's office is based, how does that affect your taxes?
  • What's new this year from the IRS?
  • Can you claim your home office as a deduction?

Key Networks Chief Revenue Officer Dennis Green said, "Whether we're talking about music radio or news radio, listeners all have a common interest - their money. There's no source better than Bloomberg to give them the information they need affecting their taxes - and ultimately their bank accounts."

Bloomberg Tax Tips Anchor Laura Davison reports on taxes for Bloomberg News from its Washington bureau. She frequently interviews members of Congress, policymakers and tax professionals about how the tax code affects businesses and families. She has been with Bloomberg since 2014, and has also covered the insurance industry.
