iHeartMedia/Atlanta Names Spencer Bynes Metro President

iHeartMedia appoints Spencer Bynes as Metro President for its cluster in Atlanta, effective February 1. He joins the local group from iHeartMedia's Texas region, where he's served as the Area President since 2021. Bynes was previously part of the iHeartMedia family from 2011 to 2016, serving as the Director of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition. He's also familiar with the Atlanta area after working for Coca-Cola North America as Talent Acquisition Manager for a number of years. Additionally, his previous work includes Lee Hecht Harrison, where he served as Vice President of Business Development in the Southern Region.

"Spencer has done a superb job in his leadership role in Texas, where he drove positive changes in culture and performance," said Division President Kim Guthrie. "In addition, his talents on how best to recruit, develop and coach a leadership team make him a wonderful fit for our needs here in Atlanta."
