iHeartMedia Baltimore names Mike Klein as Assistant Program Director for CHR WZFT-FM (Z104.3), effective immediately. He's handled afternoons for the CHR outlet since February, 2021. Klein joined iHeartMedia from Operations Manager duties at SummitMedia in Greenville, SC. Before that, he served as an on-air host at WIHT (Hot 99.5) and WMZQ in Washington, DC from 2015-2016 and at WHTZ (Z100) in New York from 2007-2011. Klein will continue to report to iHeartMedia Baltimore Program Director Rob Kruz.

"Mike Klein is Baltimore through and through. His commitment and dedication in executing compelling, local radio is unmatched making him the perfect choice to take on this new role at Z104.3," said Kruz. "I look forward to continue to work closely with Mike in the quest for Baltimore domination!".

"Having the ability two years ago to come home to Maryland to host afternoons at Z104.3 was a dream come true," added Klein. "Now to return to the programming ranks in my hometown is even better. Thank you to Kruz, Jeff Kapugi, Lynn Polovoy and Aaron Hyland."
