iHeartPodcasts, together with Hilarie Burton Morgan, announce a new weekly podcast beginning on Tuesday, October 17, that'll offer something audiences don't often see in true crime as they'll take listeners behind the scenes in each small-town case. Advocate Hilarie Burton Morgan will host the companion podcast to SundanceTV's powerful true crime documentary series, "It Couldn't Happen Here."

Along with key crew from the TV series as her co-hosts, Burton Morgan will dive deeper into the cases covered on the show featuring never-before-heard archives and a behind-the-scenes lens of how the team tackles these head-scratching and heart-breaking stories. The program encourages everyone to get curious, get involved, and ask how they can help when it appears the system has failed.

"True Crime Story: It Couldn't Happen Here" is distributed by iHeartPodcasts. It's produced by Mischief Farm in association with Bungalow Media + Entertainment, Authentic Management Productions and Figdonia. In Partnership with SundanceTV.
