WXTU/Philadelphia to Air Toby Keith Special This Sunday

Toby Keith: A Country Life

Beasley Media Group's WXTU-FM/Philadelphia was saddened by the passing of Country music legend Toby Keith. Keith was an integral part of XTU for over 3 decades and many of the station's staff members had become friends with the Country legend. WXTU will feature a special show entitled "A Tribute To Toby Keith: A Country Life" that will air this Sunday, February 18th from 8-11am. The program will be hosted by PD/midday host Razz On The Radio.

"Toby Keith is a legend because he mastered the art of singing what the country world was thinking," said WXTU-FM morning host Andie Summers. "He was exactly what Dolly Parton meant when she said country music is ordinary people telling ordinary stories in an extraordinary way."

The special will highlight his legendary career with stories, memories and music that spanned over three decades.
