WRKN-FM in New Orleans flips to Sports/Talk as "106.1 The Ticket." The new station debuted on Friday, March 1 and moves from its previous Country format to Sports/Talk with the addition of FOX Sports Radio's lineup as well as local weekday programs, including "Inside New Orleans with Eric Asher," "All Access with Ken Trahan" and "Nola's Team Radio Show with Tim Duncan."

Cumulus New Orleans Regional Vice President and Market Manager Pat Galloway said, "The love and passion of New Orleans' sports fans is amazing. It starts in the playgrounds and ends up in the Superdome and Smoothie King Center, and now we can talk about it all the time on the all-new 106.1 The Ticket."
