''Finally! A Show'' Podcast to Launch on March 13

"Finally! A Show," a podacst about women that isn't a thinly veiled aspirational nightmare, launches on March 13. It's produced by Bradley Cooper's Lea Pictures, iHeartPodcasts and Jane Marie's Little Everywhere. The new show has no host, no narrator and no interviews. Each 30-minute episode of the fifteen-episode season invites listeners to hang out with a different woman as she takes you through her day.

The new program features women's lives as they actually are. Executive Producer Jane Marie, known for "The Dream, Michelle Obama: The Light Podcast" and "This American Life" said, "Reality TV is a guilty pleasure for me because it's fun to be a fly on the wall in other lives, with all of their messy feelings and unexpected twists, but we all know it's fake, or at least highly scripted and edited. 'Finally! A Show' has 100% more reality, and it's just refreshing to hear women talk uninterrupted without being coached to fit a narrative, and without feeling like I'm being told how to live."

The new podcast's subjects include an 83-year-old calendar girl shopping for a vibrator, a fish-throwing songstress delighting the crowd at an outdoor market, a young mother turned death care provider, and a TikTok viral plus-size boutique owner. Listeners will encounter cats both domestic and feral, ballroom culture, abortion pills, and a giant typewriter at a crematorium -- all just part of the unique architecture of a day in a woman's life in America.
