Nash FM 97-9/Erie Rebrands to ''Erie Country 97.9''

WXTA-FM (Nash FM 97-9) in Erie, PA is rebranding to "Erie Country 97.9." The Cumulus Country outlet made the move on March 28. "Our focus will be serving & entertaining our neighbors, friends, families & businesses in Erie & Crawford counties. Erie Country is not just the radio station for your favorite country music. We are here to serve you, talk about and be at your local events," said Operations Manager and Program Director Mike Sheffield.

With the name change, Cumulus said it plans to serve its audience with fresh content, as well as featuring local and national artists with a lineup featuring Kincaid & Dallas in mornings, Britt Rose, Mike Sheffield and nights with Eliana.
