"The Encouragers The Radio Rally" podcast will present the Q2 Radio Sales Event on Thursday, April 11 at 8pm. The event for Q2 is called "Big, Bold Moves To Make In 2024 For Radio Growth." The program shares ideas and conversations about the current conditions in local radio markets by active sales experts working in radio right now. Event guests include MBC Ontario President Jon Pole and Cox Media/Miami Director of Sales Angelina Rosario.

"We're focused on the current quarter," said co-host Chris Fleming from CD Media Consulting. "It's really all about sharing what's actually happening out there, how individuals and managers are dealing with that and sharing ideas to move your revenue ahead this quarter."

"Our free on-demand podcast is all about encouraging radio pros at all levels," stated co-host Loyd Ford from Rainmaker Pathway Consulting Works. "We all know the coming months are critical to your year. Nothing is more encouraging than sharing ideas to help you grow your revenue now. This isn't a seminar or a convention. This is us talking about what is happening now and how you take advantage of it."
