Audacy relaunches of WQMP-FM (102 JAMZ) in Orlando. The station, most recently known as "FM 101.9," will serve as Orlando's home for Throwbacks, playing a collection of favorites from artists like 2Pac, Beyonce, Eminem, Notorious B.I.G., Usher and more. The station was previously 102 JAMZ from 1988 to 2014. Concurrently, Miguel 'Mijo' Irizarry is named Brand Manager, overseeing content strategy, talent, operations and branding.

"We're thrilled to announce the return of this heritage brand and once again give listeners a destination for the hottest Throwback music," said Audacy Orlando Regional President Claudia Menegus. "Some of these artists and records made 102 JAMZ a local favorite and has stood the test of time as one of the most iconic brands in Orlando. We trust that with Mijo's leadership, we will create a unique, nostalgic experience for music lovers in Orlando and for every generation to enjoy."

The station kicks off with 10,000 'JAMZ' in a row. Additional on-air announcements will be made in the coming weeks. Mijo also serves as Brand Manager and afternoon drive host for sister WPOW-FM (Power 96), Miami's home for Throwbacks, and Brand Manager of "Radio Libre 790" in Miami.
