McConnell ''Large'' Adams

McConnell "Large" Adams is appointed Program Director for CHR KLAL-FM (Alice 107.7) and AC KURB-FM (B98.5) in Little Rock. Adams is a native of Greenville, MS, and brings over 35 years of radio experience in markets across Mississippi, Michigan, Texas and Alaska to his new role. Most recently, he served as Operations Manager for Delta Radio's five-station cluster in Greenville, MS, where he also hosted mornings on WIQQ-FM (Q102). Prior to that, he was Director of Content for Townsquare Media in Lansing, MI and he hosted mornings on WJIM-FM (97.5 Now FM).

Cumulus Little Rock Regional Vice President and Market Manager Keith Liesmann said, "McConnell's years of experience include several successful stints as a Program Director, Talent Coach, and On-Air Talent. I'm excited for him to leverage that experience and his passion for radio as the leader of these two important Central Arkansas stations."

Adams commented, "God keeps on blessing me and I'm blessed to make my new home here in Little Rock and to work with the Cumulus Little Rock team and these much-loved local stations. I can't wait to get to a Razorbacks game."
