Council Member John S. Lee proclaimed Tuesday, September 10th as Heidi and Frank Day in the City of Los Angeles. 95.5 KLOS Morning co-hosts Heidi Hamilton and Frank Kramer, along with their entire Heidi & Frank morning team, were honored by the Los Angeles City Council with a special resolution recognizing their exceptional contributions to the community. The resolution was introduced by Councilmember Lee and received unanimous approval from the Council.

Kramer said, "I stand here with Heidi with gratitude; this is a testament to storytelling, community, and the shared experiences that we all have together," Frank continued. "We've been on the air together for 24 years. We weren't born here, we were born in Indiana, a couple of small-town kids and if you would have told us that we'd be standing here in front of the Los Angeles City Council, getting a day honored, we wouldn't have believed it. We weren't born here, but we remain here. We love Los Angeles."

Hamilton added, "I still can't believe this. It feels like my alarm is gonna go off. I'm gonna wake up and I'm gonna go, OK, did I just dream this? But it is a dream and thanks for making our dream come true, thank you so much."

Meruelo Media President Otto Padron said, "Heidi and Frank are a daily validation of our company's unwavering mission of live and local radio."

Meruelo Senior Vice President of Audio Brands Pio Ferro added, "Heidi and Frank are among the best morning shows in the country. We're proud to honor their significant impact on Los Angeles and its communities."
