SummitMedia Appoints Mike Hogan to Lead Omaha Market

SummitMedia appoints Mike Hogan as the new President and General Manager for its operations at its 5-station cluster in Omaha. The 25-year broadcast management vet most recently oversaw clusters in Sioux City, IA and Ogallala, NE for more than a decade. From 1999 to 2008, Hogan led sales and managed accounts for Journal Broadcasting in Omaha, former operators in the region. He was awarded the company's Trailblazer, Excellence in Sales, and Gold and Silver Sales Awards during his tenure.

"We're excited to have an executive of Mike's caliber running our Omaha cluster," said Summit Chairman and CEO Carl Parmer. "He brings incredible experience, expertise, and leadership to our team."

"The privilege to return to where my radio career began over 30 years ago is quite an honor," added Hogan. "I look forward to leading the talented team at SummitMedia in Omaha as we develop even stronger relationships with our listeners, clients, and the communities we serve."
