Eastman Radio President Flood Retires After 35 Years

Katz Media Group has announced the upcoming retirement of Tucker Flood, President of Eastman Radio. Flood will step down at the end of 2024, concluding a career spanning more than 35 years marked by significant contributions to the broadcast and advertising industries. Flood's tenure includes notable roles such as leading Christal Radio and re-establishing Eastman Radio. Under his leadership, Eastman Radio built a high-performing team and achieved consistent growth.

Beyond his work at Eastman Radio, Flood played a broader role in advancing Katz Radio Group's systems, technology, and programmatic capabilities. He also led efforts in Katz's Political and Multicultural business sectors, working closely with EVPs Pat McGee and Rick Ramos to expand offerings and deepen the company's impact.

"Tucker's contributions to our company and his mentorship to countless colleagues have been extraordinary," said Katz Radio Group President Christine Travaglini. "Working alongside him for over 30 years has been one of the greatest privileges of my career. His wisdom, friendship and guidance have left a lasting imprint on the entire organization and industry."

Katz Media Group CEO Mark Gray, echoed these sentiments: "Tucker's leadership, vision and dedication have left an enduring legacy with Katz and the industry as a whole.
