99.5 The Mountain raises over $51,000 for Veterans & Families

KQMT-FM (99.5 The Mountain) in Denver raised more than $51,000 during its 7th annual "Project Sanctuary - Helping Heroes Heal Radiothon" on Friday, November 15. The event supports Project Sanctuary, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping military servicemembers and their families transition back to civilian life through therapeutic retreats.

The radiothon, broadcast from 6am to 6pm, featured afternoon host and Brand Manager Dan Hardee conducting interviews with veterans and families who have benefited from Project Sanctuary's programs. The stories highlighted the transformative impact of the organization's efforts to promote healing and resilience within the military community.

"This partnership between 99.5 KQMT and Project Sanctuary is built on a shared commitment to helping military families thrive," said Senior Vice President and Market Manager Micah Goldberg. "We are so proud to support our Veteran community and give back to those who have given so much to us. Congrats to Dan Hardee and the entire team for another amazing year of fundraising for such a worthy cause."

The "Project Sanctuary Radiothon" is part of Audacy's broader efforts to use its platform to advance mental health causes and strengthen communities. Through its connection with listeners, Audacy aims to make a meaningful impact at scale.

Funds raised during the event will directly support Project Sanctuary's therapeutic retreats and programs, continuing their mission to help military families rebuild and thrive.
