WJYY (105.5 JYY) in Concord, NH has announced a leadership transition that reflects both continuity and new beginnings. Harrison Hinman, who has served as Program Director, is stepping down from his fulltime role to pursue an opportunity as Production Manager at the Bank of NH Stage in Concord. The move allows Hinman to align his professional work with his love for stage and theater while continuing to contribute to Binnie Media through on-air hosting and voiceover production.

"We are thrilled for Harrison as he embarks on this next chapter of his career," said EVP/Programming & Operations Heath Cole. "We're equally honored that he remains part of the Binnie Media family through his ongoing contributions to WNHW, WXLF, and our broader programming initiatives."

Filling the Program Director role at WJYY is Marissa Leyland, a seasoned team member whose seven-year tenure with Binnie Media reflects her commitment and growth within the organization. Leyland's career began as a part-time promotions assistant, and she quickly advanced to on-air hosting and leadership roles across the company.

"Marissa's talent, dedication, and passion make her the perfect choice to lead JYY into its next chapter," added Cole. "From her early days in promotions to her dynamic presence as a morning co-host and midday host, she has been an outstanding ambassador for our brands."
