WHQG (102.9 The Hog) in Milwaukee is bringing back its beloved Baconfest Milwaukee for the 13th consecutive year, celebrating the city's love for "all things bacon." The event takes place on Sunday, February 23, at the Event Center inside Potawatomi Casino Hotel, running from 11am to 4:30pm.

Sponsored by Farmland and Patrick Cudahy, the festival promises a bacon-filled extravaganza with 900 pounds of the savory treat available for sampling. Over 30 local restaurants and establishments will showcase their best bacon-inspired creations, giving attendees a chance to indulge in unique dishes crafted by some of Milwaukee's top culinary talent.

Adding to the excitement, popular 102.9 The Hog personalities Bob & Brian, Mindy Novotny, and Borna and Mandy will make guest appearances throughout the day.

Baconfest Milwaukee also serves as an official qualifying event for the World Food Championships. Select restaurants will compete for a coveted "Golden Ticket" that grants entry to the Bacon World Food Championship in November 2025. The ultimate prize? A $100,000 grand reward.

Ticket holders won't leave empty-handed. Every attendee will receive a Limited Edition Baconfest 2025 item and $20 in Fire Keeper's Club Reward Play for use at Potawatomi Casino Hotel.
