WQAL-FM (Q104) hosted its second annual Request-a-Thon, raising enough funds to help the Greater Cleveland Food Bank provide 38,556 meals to families in need across the region. The 12-hour fundraising event took place at the Q104 studios and was broadcast live from 6am to 6pm on Friday, December 13.

The Request-a-Thon featured Q104's morning show co-hosts Bill Ryan and Alyssa Rose, who encouraged listeners to call in with a donation of $40 to request songs to be played on air. Throughout the day, Ryan and Rose highlighted the critical resources and services offered by the Greater Cleveland Foodbank, emphasizing the ongoing need for support in the community.

"Supporting our local community is at the heart of everything we do at Q104," said Audacy Cleveland Senior Vice President and Market Manager Jeff Miller. "We are immensely grateful for the generosity of our listeners whose donations will make a significant impact on the lives of our neighbors in Northeast Ohio through our partnership with the Greater Cleveland Food Bank."

This event is part of Audacy's broader initiative to leverage its network and connections to support significant community causes, particularly those that foster strong mental health and build resilient communities.
