iHeartMedia and the National Football League (NFL) have announced the extension of their partnership, originally forged in 2021, which established the NFL Podcast Network. The renewed agreement promises the debut of new original podcasts and NFL club shows annually, alongside the continuation of popular existing programs.

iHeartPodcasts President Will Pearson expressed enthusiasm about the deal, stating, "The NFL Podcast Network continues to grow and capture new audiences. We're thrilled to strengthen our successful partnership with new shows and more team podcasts." This expansion aims to enhance fan engagement by bringing them closer to the game and offering up-to-date insider information.

NFL Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Investments Brent Lawton also shared his excitement about the continuation of the partnership. "Since its launch, the NFL Podcast Network has delivered best-in-class storytelling and podcast content to NFL fans. We look forward to developing new podcasts and more content with iHeart," he said.

Among the highlights of the extended partnership is the introduction of the new show "Lots To Say with Bobby Bones and Matt Cassel," which premieres Wednesday. The show features syndicated iHeart personality Bobby Bones and former Pro Bowl NFL quarterback Matt Cassel discussing football, music, current events, and their personal lives from Nashville. The show promises a lineup of celebrity guests, including music stars Tim McGraw and Parker McCollum, as well as NFL legends Jared Allen and Boomer Esiason. Kurt Warner, Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback and NFL Network analyst, joins the debut episode.

The NFL Podcast Network hosts a variety of hit shows such as "NFL Daily with Gregg Rosenthal," "Off the Edge with Cam Jordan," and "The Season with Peter Schrager." With this extension, the network aims to further its reach and scale, continuing to offer diverse and engaging content to its listeners.
