CMG/Raleigh Names Jonathan Brewster as EVP/GM

Curtis Media Group appoints industry veteran Jonathan Brewster as as Executive Vice President of the company's FM cluster in Raleigh, including WQDR-FM, WBBB-FM, WKIX-FM, WPLW-FM, Triangle Traffic Network and CMG Digital Solutions. Brewster most recently served as CEO of El Dorado Broadcasters which owns stations in California and Arizona. Prior to that, he served as CEO of Cherry Creek Media, which was comprised of up to 56 stations in 11 markets.
Prior to Cherry Creek, Brewster was Senior VP of Qantum Communications Southeastern Region for eleven years. Brewster is a current board member of the Radio Advertising Bureau as well as the Southern California Broadcasters Association.
Curtis Media Group President/COO Trip Savery commented, "I have known Jonathan for a few years now, and I am very pleased to welcome him to Raleigh. His senior management experience will be very valuable to us as we continue our growth in radio, events and digital."
