Nik Carter takes the reins as the new host of the Classic Rock show Off the Record, starting February 8. He replaces Uncle Joe Benson, who hosted the show since 1998. With KLOS-FM in Los Angeles now serving as the flagship station, Off the Record is set to enter an exciting new era, driven by Carter's passion for Classic Rock and his signature interview style.

Carter's career is a rock 'n roll tale in itself. From his early days at WNYU-FM in New York to stations like WBCN-FM, 92.3 K-Rock and SiriusXM's Volume Channel 106, Carter is one of the most recognized voices in radio.

Carter said, "I'm beyond excited to bring my love of classic rock to 'Off the Record.' We've got a ton of amazing stories coming your way, and I can't wait to share them with rock fans all over the country."

For years, Off the Record has been the destination for behind-the-scenes stories with rock legends like The Rolling Stones, The Who, Jimmy Page, Eric Clapton and Tom Petty. With Nik Carter at the mic, listeners can expect even more unforgettable interviews, untold stories and a rock 'n roll attitude.
