Nueva Network, Costa Media and MLC Media have announced a strategic merger to create De Novo One Media Group dba as Nueva Network. This merger combines each company's strengths in content production, radio, digital networks and marketing. Carlos Moncada, founder of MLC Media, will hold majority ownership in the merged entity. Jose M. Villafane, who has successfully spearheaded Nueva and Costa Media since their inception in 2021, will serve as the Managing Partner and CEO.
