Red Apple Audio Networks has announced the syndication of "The Anthony Cumia Show" following significant interest from stations nationwide. The decision comes after Cumia's recent appearance on 77WABC, which aired last Sunday from 8-10pm ET, leading to a surge in inquiries about syndication opportunities.

The show's debut last weekend saw a remarkable increase in digital engagement, with streaming figures jumping 236% compared to the previous Sunday. Additionally, podcast downloads increased by 67%, while usage of the WABC Radio App soared by nearly 97%. The show's online presence was also felt strongly, with website traffic rising 82% and 77WABC's related Tweets generating 340,000 listener interactions.

Cumia expressed his enthusiasm about his return and the show's national syndication, stating, "I missed radio, and I am thrilled at the interest from radio stations nationwide. Radio is a great way to engage with the audience, and now that Red Apple Audio Networks is taking the show national, I can't wait to connect with listeners in other markets."

Chad Lopez, President of Red Apple Media and 77WABC Radio, highlighted the swift response to market demands, remarking, "Radio clearly wants Anthony Cumia, as dozens of inquiries came in asking about syndication. We shifted into high gear and moved quickly. One of our advantages at Red Apple Media is that we can swiftly pivot to meet market demand."

Cumia, a veteran in the radio industry, began his career in 1994 as part of "Opie and Anthony," gaining popularity in New York City and eventually entering syndication across the country. Following the show's end, he continued his broadcasting career through subscription-based platforms, leading up to the launch of "The Anthony Cumia Show" in 2014.

Starting this Sunday, March 16, "The Anthony Cumia Show" will be available to radio stations across the country, promising broader audience engagement through its syndicated format. For information visit redappleaudionetworks.com.
