Jenn Ryan, co-host of WBEB (B101)'s morning show in Philadelphia, has announced her retirement, closing a distinguished 32-year career in radio broadcasting. Ryan, who has been a staple at B101 for 16 years, made her announcement live on air last Monday.

"After 32 years of working in radio, which has been the best career I could have ever had, I am retiring," Ryan shared with her audience. "Exactly half of it, 16 years, has been right here on B101, and this has been the most joyous time of my life."

Ryan's tenure on the B101 Morning Show with Jenn & Bill has been marked by significant acclaim, including a Gracie Award for best local talent and a recognition as the best morning show by the Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasting. Her partnership with co-host Bill has become one of Philadelphia's longest-running radio duos.

Reflecting on her career and the relationships she's built, Ryan expressed deep affection for her colleagues and listeners. "Do what you love, and you'll never work a day in your life. I love you, Bill, and Laura, I love you as well, and I love each and every one of you listeners," she said.

While Ryan prepares for her departure, the morning show will continue with Bill and Laura. B101 plans to honor Jenn Ryan on her final day, March 31st, celebrating her 14 impactful years on the morning show.
