Collective Heads officially adds Joe Lindsay to its team, marking the formalization of a longstanding collaborative relationship. Lindsay, who has been an integral behind-the-scenes figure with Collective Heads for several years, is taking on a more official role within the organization.
Lindsay is currently the Director of Operations and Programming at Local Media San Diego, where he oversees stations such as Z90, 91X, and Magic 92.5. Despite his new responsibilities, Lindsay will continue his role in San Diego, effectively managing dual positions.
His career in radio began in 1995 as an intern at XHRM 92.5. Over the years, Lindsay has held various positions within the industry, gaining a deep and varied understanding of radio operations from multiple angles.
Tim Richards, the Ring Leader at Collective Heads, expressed his enthusiasm about Lindsay's official inclusion in the team. "Joe is an incredible media professional and one of the greatest minds in radio and marketing that I've had the good fortune of working with. We are beyond excited to officially welcome him to Collective Heads," said Richards.
Lindsay also shared his thoughts on joining Collective Heads. "It's truly an honor to be part of such a talented team," he remarked. "We've had some amazing wins with our clients over the past few years, and I'm excited to continue building on that momentum. The work has been both meaningful and rewarding for everyone involved."
