Northwestern Media is expanding its reach with the planned acquisition of KBXL-FM (94.1) in Caldwell, ID, bringing its Faith Radio Network to the Boise market. The agreement, filed as an asset purchase, will see KBXL begin broadcasting Faith Radio's Christ-centered programming, which includes conversations and messages designed to point listeners to Jesus and strengthen their faith.

"I'm amazed at how God orchestrated our partnership with Inspirational Family Radio and KBXL," said Karisa Rogers, station manager for Faith Radio. "The Schafer family and their incredible team has made a profound impact for Christ through KBXL's mission - using media to equip people in mind, body, and spirit to positively influence our world. We are honored to carry on their legacy in Boise and beyond."

Faith Radio is a ministry of Northwestern Media at University of Northwestern-St. Paul, which provides Christian teaching and talk programming across multiple platforms including radio, podcasts, and digital content.
