Podtrac Releases April 2025 Podcast Rankings

Podtrac has published its podcast rankings for April 2025, revealing modest growth for several major podcast publishers and networks in both U.S. and global markets. The latest update includes not only the Top U.S. and Global Publishers & Networks, but also newly expanded rankings for the Top Podcasts by Country, now covering 35 nations.

The report highlights that User Monthly Audience (UMA) was either flat or increased for ten of the podcast publishers in the U.S. rankings, signaling audience stability or modest growth across much of the industry. Additionally, thirteen U.S. publishers reported steady or rising download numbers compared to March.

On a global scale, two of the leading podcast networks recorded gains in total downloads, streams, and views, reflecting continued international appetite for audio content across diverse platforms.
