Lex Borrero Launches Introspective Podcast ''You vs You''

NEON16 co-founder and music industry veteran Lex Borrero today launched "You vs You," a new podcast in partnership with iHeartMedia's My Cultura Podcast Network. The series aims to shed light on the hidden emotional battles faced by even the most successful creatives and entrepreneurs.

Far from the typical success-story podcast, "You vs You" delves into issues such as fear, impostor syndrome, trauma, and self-doubt-topics often left undiscussed in public forums, especially among Latino men. The show features candid weekly conversations hosted by Borrero, a first-generation Colombian-American who rose from outsider to executive, co-founding NEON16 and working with global stars like Bad Bunny, J Balvin, and Justin Bieber.

"'You vs You' is about confronting the invisible battles we all face, such as fear, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs-and learning how to transform them," said Borrero. "These are the conversations most people aren't having, but need to."

The debut episode features Emmy Award-winning producer Polo Molina, with future guests including will.i.am, Lecrae, Ricky Montaner, Joy Taylor, and others. New episodes will release every Tuesday in both audio and video formats. One Spanish-language episode will also drop each month to serve a wider Latin audience.

Borrero, named a Billboard Latin Power Player three years in a row and recently recognized by Fast Company as one of the music industry's most innovative leaders, created You vs You as a product of his own spiritual and emotional awakening. Despite a record of working with artists responsible for more than 500 million albums sold globally, he says true fulfillment only came after looking inward.

In addition to celebrities, the show also features psychologists, spiritual leaders, and other experts who help unpack deep-seated emotional barriers and offer tools for healing and personal growth.

"You vs You" is now available on the iHeartRadio app and across all major podcast platforms.
