To mark its 50th anniversary, the Country Radio Hall of Fame (CRHOF) is launching a week of commemorative events and programming, including the debut of a new 24/7 streaming channel and a three-night songwriter series at Nashville's iconic Bluebird Cafe, all leading up to its annual induction ceremony.

Debuting July 21, Legends of Country Radio is now streaming on WSM Radio in Nashville's digital platforms. Developed in partnership with the Country Radio Broadcasters (CRB), the new channel offers a curated mix of classic country music, rare archival audio, and syndicated programs, celebrating WSM's 100th anniversary and the heritage of country radio.

Programming includes replays of Bob Kingsley's Country Top 40, Coffee Country & Cody hosted by WSM's Bill Cody, New Music Nashville with Bob Guerra, and more. Interviews from the Bob Guerra Archives-donated to CRB in 2024-will also be featured.

"With Legends of Country Radio, we're creating an eternal home for these larger-than-life personalities who didn't just entertain, they made history," said WSM General Manager Eric Marcum. "It's about preserving the spirit of country radio for generations to come."

The launch will be spotlighted during the Hall of Fame's induction ceremony dinner and cocktail reception at the Virgin Hotel Nashville.

The celebration continues with Bob Kingsley Presents, a songwriter series at The Bluebird Cafe from July 22-24, honoring influential country radio figures through intimate performances.

"The Bluebird Cafe is known as a songwriters' venue... and Bob Kingsley showcased not only recording artists but also the creators behind the songs," said Erika Nichols, COO/GM of The Bluebird Cafe. "We are honored to host this celebration recognizing those who have elevated songwriters through the airwaves."

The official CRHOF Induction and Dinner will be held Monday, July 21 at the Virgin Hotel Nashville. The 2025 inductees include: Big D & Bubba, Mary McCoy, and Rowdy Yates in the On-Air Personality Category and Ginny "Rogers" Brophey, Clay Hunnicutt, and Gregg Swedberg in the Radio Category.

In addition, Jon Loba, President of Frontline Recordings for BMG Americas, will receive the 2025 CRB President's Award for his significant contributions to the success of the Country Radio Seminar and support of the country radio format.
