Jacobs Media will present a free webinar on Wednesday, August 13 at 1pm ET/10am PT, unveiling findings from its latest talent study entitled "On Air Pulse." The research compares the experiences and perspectives of Christian music radio personalities with those working in commercial radio.
This new study, conducted in collaboration with Christian Music Broadcasters, builds on Jacobs Media's ongoing series of talent-focused research that began in 2018. Previous studies have highlighted widespread industry challenges, including rising stress levels, a lack of recognition from management, the implications of artificial intelligence, and persistent gender disparities.
According to Jacobs Media, On Air Pulse reveals "spectacular differences" in how Christian radio talent views their roles compared to their commercial counterparts. The webinar will examine where and why these differences exist, offering insights for broadcasters seeking to better understand and support on-air personalities.
The presentation is aimed at radio professionals who see talent as a key differentiator in today's media environment and want a deeper understanding of how those behind the mic think and feel. Registration is free and open now.
