Sports WGFX-FM (104.5 The Zone) in Nashville and serving Middle Tennessee, has announced a multi-year extension of its longstanding partnership with the University of Tennessee Volunteers. The renewal ensures continued broadcast coverage of Tennessee athletics across the region. Under the new deal, 104.5 The Zone will remain the home for full game broadcasts, weekly Vol Network programming, and daily team insights.

As part of the expanded coverage, former Tennessee Volunteer and current 104.5 The Zone morning co-host Ramon Foster will join the Vol Football Gameday Broadcast Team alongside Mike Keith, the "Voice of the Vols." A former NFL offensive lineman, Foster adds insider knowledge and strong Tennessee ties to the broadcast lineup.

Mike Keith, who also serves as Tennessee's Assistant Athletics Director of Broadcasting, said, "104.5's ability to connect with fans throughout the region is unmatched," Keith said. "With their Tennessee connections up and down the lineup, 104.5 the Zone is the destination for the best Vol information and conversation."

"For 15 years, 104.5 The Zone has been the proud Home of the Vols in Nashville," added Glenn Thackston, Executive Director of Learfield/Vol Network. "VFLs like Ramon Foster and Ron Slay make it must-listen radio for Big Orange fans."

Brandon Parks, General Manager of the Vol Network, added, "The Zone does a wonderful job covering the Vols and remains a key affiliate of the Vol Radio Network. We look forward to continuing this strong partnership."
