The Podglomerate has named Erin Weiss and Stephan Moore as Managers of Marketing and Audience Development, reporting to Senior Vice President of Marketing and Audience Development Joni Deutsch. In their new roles, Weiss and Moore will execute marketing campaigns and audience growth strategies across the company's client roster.
"I'm eager to step into this role and help our clients expand the reach and impact of their podcasts," said Weiss. "The Podglomerate partners with some of the most compelling voices in audio, and I'm excited to apply our marketing expertise to not only grow audiences but also foster lasting connections between shows and their listeners."
Weiss joins from PodcastOne, where over the last four years she led growth for new launches and established shows including "Off The Vine with Kaitlyn Bristowe," "Court Junkie," and "The Jordan Harbinger Show." The company said her mix of data-driven strategy and creative collaboration will support client development efforts.
"I'm truly excited to be joining The Podglomerate team," added Moore. "Over the past few years, I've admired the company's remarkable growth and impact, and I'm confident that under the leadership of Joni, Jeff, and Dan, The Podglomerate will continue to redefine the future of audio storytelling for years to come."
Moore previously served at Pushkin Industries, where he led marketing initiatives for audiobooks and top-charting podcasts, including "Revisionist History" and "Against the Rules."
"We're thrilled to welcome Erin and Stephan, two exceptional podcast marketing managers who bring fresh perspectives and proven expertise to our growing team," said Deutsch. "Their combined experience will be instrumental in helping The Podglomerate continue to innovate and exceed our clients' expectations in this dynamic industry."
"Erin and Stephan are impressive talents in the podcast marketing space," said founder and CEO Jeff Umbro. "Both come from powerhouse podcast studios and have a long history of unique and dynamic marketing work. Their shared experiences are going to be hugely informative and helpful to the new podcast ecosystem for our current and future clients."
