Actor Kyle MacLachlan is entering the podcast space with "What Are We Even Doing?", a weekly series produced with iHeartRadio's Elvis Duran Podcast Network. The show debuts Thursday, September 18 with model/actor and Library Science co-founder Kaia Gerber as the first guest.

Each episode finds the "Twin Peaks" and "Dune" star in conversation with Millennial and Gen Z actors, musicians, artists and creators about the entertainment industry-past, present and future-ending with a custom game tailored to the guest. Upcoming guests include Dylan O'Brien, Benito Skinner, Grace Kuhlenschmidt, Julian Shapiro-Barnum, Willa Bennett, Caleb Hearon, Alana O'Herlihy and Holmes.

"I've always been pretty quiet about my creative process... but I've gotten curious," MacLachlan said, noting he's excited to team with the Elvis Duran Podcast Network and iHeartRadio. "If anyone can help a 66-year-old actor keep up with Gen Z, it's them."

Elvis Duran added, "Kyle MacLachlan is the perfect mix of authentic and unexpected-exactly what we love at the Podcast Network. What Are We Even Doing? is going to be a wild, smart and totally fun ride."

The series is created and executive produced by Full Picture Productions, the production arm of Full Picture founded by Desiree Gruber-who is also married to MacLachlan. "I couldn't be more excited about Kyle diving headfirst into decoding today's culture with his trademark wit," Gruber said. Anne Walls Gordon, chief creative officer at Full Picture Productions and an executive producer, highlighted MacLachlan's cross-generational appeal and called the partnership with Duran's team "a thrill."

New episodes of "What Are We Even Doing?" arrive every Thursday on iHeartRadio, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, and other major platforms.
