AdLarge's fwd. network has launched "Talk Fifty to Me," a new podcast hosted by writer and social media personality Heidi Clements and actress Constance Zimmer that explores life in your 50s "with honesty, humor, and insight." With the tagline "Reframing the narrative around aging, one episode at a time," the series offers a candid, empowering look at womanhood in midlife and beyond.

Each week, Clements and Zimmer confront cultural myths, celebrate reinvention, and spotlight the joys and challenges of being a woman in her 50s. "I felt invisible when I hit 50 and now at 65 I know it's because no one was listening to me -- we are listening now," said Clements. "We want all women to feel seen, heard and celebrate the joy of aging."

The first season will feature 23 episodes blending open conversations, guest interviews, and audience engagement. Topics include menopause, midlife pivots, dating, sex, and the rediscovery of self-love. Confirmed guests include Elizabeth Banks, Angela Kinsey, Yvette Nicole Brown, Teri Hatcher, Ricki Lake, Paulina Porizkova, and others.

"Talk Fifty to Me is about dismantling outdated narratives and showing women that this stage of life can be powerful, creative, and deeply fulfilling," said Zimmer.

AdLarge and fwd. network CEO Cathy Csukas added, "Heidi and Constance bring a bold, refreshing perspective to conversations around aging, and their voices perfectly embody our mission to amplify female-driven stories that inspire, challenge, and connect."
