iHeartMedia and author Mike de la Rocha have announced the debut of "Sacred Lessons," a new podcast exploring masculinity, healing, and emotional transformation through candid conversations with artists, athletes, and community leaders. The series launches November 10 on iHeartMedia's My Cultura podcast network, with new episodes available every Monday.

Hosted by author and artist Mike de la Rocha, Sacred Lessons delves into themes of brotherhood, belonging, fatherhood, forgiveness, and generational healing. In the premiere episode, de la Rocha sits down with comedian Jerry Garcia-whose rise from Huntington Park stages to HBO and Netflix has made him one of today's most relatable voices-to discuss how comedy helps men embrace vulnerability and how fatherhood shapes personal growth.

"In a culture that teaches men to hide their emotions, Sacred Lessons invites listeners to release, reconnect and heal together," said de la Rocha. "True strength begins with vulnerability, and I'm proud to launch this podcast with My Cultura to help listeners everywhere on this journey."

Leo Gomez, head of iHeartMedia's My Cultura Podcast Network, added, "We live in a world that needs more spaces for vulnerable conversations. Creating more tools for men to heal isn't just necessary-it's how we build a better future."

Upcoming guests this season include cultural influencer and iHeartRadio host Curly Velasquez, author Luis J. Rodriguez, photographer and director Estevan Oriol, World Champion hoop dancer Eric Michael Hernandez, professional skateboarder Steve Corona, and artist Aloe Blacc.

Fans can listen to the official trailer for Sacred Lessons now on the iHeartRadio app and other podcast platforms.
