Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio (MIW) has opened applications for its 2026 Digital Sales Mentorship Program, bringing back the year-long initiative for a second consecutive year to support the advancement of women in digital radio sales.

Designed to accelerate professional growth, the program will select one female seller or manager working in U.S. radio or digital media sales to receive personalized, hands-on mentorship from a seasoned industry leader. Applicants must have at least three years of sales experience.

The selected participant will receive monthly one-on-one coaching and access to digital subject-matter experts, with training across core areas of digital revenue strategy, including digital marketing and analytics, streaming and podcasting, video and cross-platform integration, social media, third-party vendor partnerships, client needs analysis, ROI measurement, overcoming objections, and leadership development.

"The Digital Sales Mentorship Program is all about helping women step confidently into the future of radio," said MIW Board President Sheila Kirby. "We're not just teaching digital strategy, we're building the next generation of female leaders who are transforming how audio connects with audiences and drives results."

Applications for the 2026 program are open now through December 12. Apply here.
