Kyle Madson Named Brand Manager at ESPN 1320

Kyle Madson

Audacy elevates Kyle Madson to Brand Manager of Sports KIFM (1320 ESPN) Sacramento. He's co-hosted the midday program "The Insiders with James Ham" since September 2023. Before moving into the host chair, Madison built his career as a producer at co-owned KGMZ (95.7 The Game) San Francisco and Bonneville's KHTK (Sactown Sports 1140) Sacramento.

In addition to his work in sports radio, Madson serves as Managing Editor for NinersWire and hosts a Saturday morning K-Pop program on sister CHR station KUDL (106.5 The End) Sacramento.

"Kyle has shown strong leadership, deep sports knowledge, and a clear vision for the future of the station," said SVP and Market Manager Aaron Miller in announcing the promotion. "Kyle is the perfect person to lead ESPN 1320 forward. Congratulations, Kyle."

Madson steps into a leadership role previously overseen by Jeff Austin, who managed KIFM in tandem with Portland's "The Fan" until his retirement earlier this year.
