StreamGuys has appointed Dara Kalvort as Vice President of Digital Sales & Strategy and the promotion of Eduardo Martinez to Executive Vice President of Technology.

In her new role, Kalvort will lead sales efforts for the StreamGuys Ad Network, focusing on expanding digital audio revenue through agency and brand partnerships. The company said the move is designed to create new monetization opportunities for publishers while offering advertisers access to targeted, premium digital audio audiences. Kalvort will also work closely with publishers on audio and podcast strategies, including programmatic advertising.

"I'm impressed with Dara's forward-looking approach to measurement, targeting, and attribution," said Tim Labelle, EVP of Global Sales at StreamGuys. "Paired with her background in the broadcast industry, she's an asset for marketers and our network of publishers."

Kalvort brings more than two decades of experience in digital and media sales leadership. Most recently, she served as Corporate Vice President of Digital Sales & Strategy at Spanish Broadcasting System, where she oversaw all digital operations, including streaming and third-party platforms. During her tenure, she built SBS's third-party digital division.

"StreamGuys sits at an exciting intersection of premium audio, technology, and data," Kalvort said. "There's a huge opportunity here, and I'm excited to lead it."

At the same time, StreamGuys has elevated Martinez to its executive leadership team. A nearly 20-year veteran of the company, Martinez previously served as Vice President of Technology, leading research and development and helping bring many of StreamGuys' core products to market. As EVP of Technology, he will guide technical operations teams while spearheading innovation in streaming and media services through strategic partnerships and key initiatives.

"Ed turns what is possible into reality," said Kiriki Delany, President and Founder of StreamGuys. "His vision and understanding of technology set the foundation and path for our future."

Martinez said his focus will be on keeping StreamGuys ahead of rapid changes in streaming, including ultra-low latency delivery, advanced ad targeting, and accessibility, while maintaining the reliability customers expect.
