MaxxKonnect has named Steve Griesbach Senior Engineer for the Southeastern U.S., expanding its technical services team. Based out of the company's Birmingham, Alabama offices, Griesbach will support MK-serviced stations across the region and assist the MKts build team on projects nationwide.

Griesbach brings nearly 40 years of broadcast experience. He began his career in radio in 1986 as an air talent before moving into engineering after completing technology coursework at the Cleveland Institute of Electronics. He earned his first full-time Chief Engineer role in 1990 and has since held senior engineering positions with several major broadcast groups.

In 2004, Griesbach oversaw an 11-station cluster for Cumulus Media in Wisconsin. He most recently spent the past decade with Beasley Media Group as Chief Engineer in Las Vegas, gaining extensive experience supporting broadcast facilities of varying sizes and technical needs.

MaxxKonnect President and CEO Josh Bohn said Griesbach's long-standing industry experience and approach to engineering made him a strong addition to the team. Griesbach cited the opportunity to broaden his expertise in broadcast connectivity as a key reason for joining the company.
