The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) has named Joey Martin Senior Vice President of Sales Strategy and Enablement for Global Connections and Events (GCE), overseeing sales and revenue generation for NAB Show and NAB Show New York.
Martin will report to Karen Chupka, executive vice president of GCE. His responsibilities include sales strategy, account management, and partner engagement across NAB's flagship events.
Most recently, Martin served as vice president of Sales at NTP Events, where he led sales efforts across more than a dozen annual events. Prior to that, he was vice president of Business Development at ASIS International, managing key sponsorships and strategic partnerships.
"We are thrilled to welcome Joey Martin to NAB at such a pivotal time for our events and the broadcast industry," Chupka said, citing his experience in sales strategy and partner engagement.
Martin's appointment comes as NAB prepares for the 2026 NAB Show, scheduled for April 18-22 in Las Vegas. The event will feature expanded educational programming and industry partnerships focused on the evolving media and entertainment landscape.
