Brady previously served as Chief Call Producer, Director of Podcast Operations & Program Audio, and Vice President of Operations, while also remaining active with the on-air team. In his new role, he will continue supervising the company's radio, podcast, live event, and video initiatives.

Announcing the promotion, Take On The Day CEO Ron Hartenbaum credited Brady with playing a central role in the company's continued growth.
