Gracie Awards Honor Women Across Media Platforms

The Alliance for Women in Media Foundation (AWMF) has announced the winners of the 51st Annual Gracie Awards, recognizing women across radio, television, streaming, audio and digital media.

Among this year's honorees are Abby Phillip, Oprah Winfrey, Monica Lewinsky, Rhea Seehorn, Sarah Snook and Tina Knowles, along with programs including Dancing with the Stars, Yellowjackets and Chappell Roan with Kelleigh Bannen of Today's Country. The awards celebrate contributions that amplify women's voices and storytelling across platforms.

The Gracie Awards Gala will take place May 19 at the Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, honoring national winners. Local, radio and student award recipients will be recognized June 16 at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City.

In radio, national honorees include Jodi Koontz (Murphy, Sam & Jodi) for Host/Personality, Nina Hajian (The Jubal Show) for Co-Host, and Deborah Rodriguez (CBS News Radio Top of the Hour) for News Anchor. Programs such as The Anna & Raven Show (Connoisseur Media) and Radio Health Journal (American Urban Radio Networks) were also recognized.

Additional winners include WBUR's On Point with Meghna Chakrabarti for public affairs, NPR's investigative and news features including Catholic Nuns, Missing Babies, Mass Grave - Reckoning with Ireland's Past, and WNYC's Radiolab for its interview feature "Galaxy Quenching."

The Grand Award for Documentary was presented to Hulu's Barbara Walters: Tell Me Everything, highlighting the legacy of the pioneering broadcast journalist.

AWMF President Becky Brooks said the honorees reflect the power of women's storytelling across media, noting their impact on audiences and the broader cultural conversation.

The Gracie Awards are supported by sponsors including CNN, Hallmark Media, iHeart/Premiere, Katz Media Group and NCTA: The Internet & Television Association. The complete list of this year's winners and event details may also be found at allwomeninmedia.org.
