K-Love has announced two senior leadership promotions within its development operation, naming Natalie Carlisle (far left) as Chief Revenue Officer and Monica Guffey as Vice President of Development.
Carlisle moves up from Chief Development Officer, expanding her responsibilities beyond the development department to include ministry-wide accountability for revenue strategy and generation through national underwriting accounts and corporate sponsorships. She will continue overseeing family partnerships, planned giving and endowment, annual and mid-level giving, direct response, institutional giving, donor relations and prospect development.
"Natalie has proven herself to be the consummate professional and has a deep commitment to excellence in all that she does," said K-Love CEO Tom Stultz. He said Carlisle will be charged with growing underwriting while continuing to strengthen relationships with donors.
Carlisle joined K-Love two and a half years ago and has served on the Ministry Leadership Team, reporting directly to Stultz. K-Love said its development department has grown in scale and sophistication under her leadership.
Meanwhile, Guffey is elevated from Executive Director of Family Partnerships to Vice President of Development. In the new position, she will provide strategic leadership for family partnerships, business underwriting and corporate sponsorships while continuing to cultivate key donor and partner relationships. She will also work on long-term revenue strategy and development of the organization's major gift and partnership pipelines.
"For more than 13 years, Monica has been a trusted leader and faithful steward of K-Love's mission," Carlisle said, citing Guffey's work building relationships with donors, partners and team members.
